    Our home inspection experience is extensive. We encourage you to join us during the inspection, and to ask questions as you go. Having you with us on the inspection also gives us an opportunity to provide you with tips on home care and maintenance. For instance, you can learn how to change the furnace filter, turn off the water, gas, and electricity in an emergency.

    A home inspection is valuable, but unless the experience is well-documented, most people won’t remember all the important details. That’s why we provide a comprehensive written report to serve as your guide for as long as you own the home. It not only describes the house components and their condition, but also provides insight into what improvements will be necessary, and when.

    Hi, I’m Aeisha Battle, an inspector with Greater Philadelphia Home Solutions. I’m InterNACHI certified, and I also hold Property Maintenance and Fire Inspector certifications through the International Code Council.

    I spent 12 years with the City of Philadelphia as a code inspector, and that background in municipal inspections trained me to look at homes with a very sharp eye for safety, compliance, and hidden issues.

    That experience is what allows me to help clients feel confident when they’re choosing their forever home. I don’t just look at a house—I look at it through the lens of someone who understands the codes and standards that keep families safe.

    And a little fun fact about me: when I’m not inspecting homes, I’m usually crafting. My favorite craft is crocheting, which is my way of relaxing after a long day of inspections.

    Hi and welcome! I’m David Dibelius, owner of Greater Philadelphia Home Solutions. Along with being an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, I have also been a Volunteer Firefighter for over 30 years, and served in the United States Air Force for 25 years.

    My background in Public Safety and Building Construction is something that's brought to every inspection performed. I understand the importance of having a home my family can be proud of, and it is my goal to ensure you have the home you deserve, not just the one you're willing to settle for!

    Ashley’s journey showcases her remarkable perseverance and integrity. After gaining experience in customer service and receptionist roles following high school, she pursued her passion for the medical field, achieving certification as a Clinical Medical Assistant in 2017. She dedicated herself to this career until 2023 when she welcomed her daughter into the world.

    From a young age, Ashley demonstrated resilience and determination. Her love for martial arts, starting with Taekwondo in 2002, culminated in her debut in Muay Thai in 2016, marking the beginning of a new chapter in her life. Despite becoming a full-time mom, Ashley continues to pursue her passion for martial arts through ongoing training.

    Ashley’s story is a testament to her strength and commitment, both in her professional endeavors and personal life as a dedicated mother and martial artist. Her journey exemplifies the power of perseverance and integrity in achieving one’s goals
